What is a car with Clean Tittle?
Typically, these are cars that have minimal damage, have not been written off for a loss by U.S. state authorities or an insurance company. Vehicles with a clean deed of ownership are often not damaged or are damaged delicately. More than half of cars with a clean title are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty and have a clean CarFax history with no record of the accident.
What does Salvage Title mean?
Salvage title is issued by US state authorities when an insurance company picks up a car as a result of a claim related to an accident, car theft, etc. About 80% of these vehicles are suitable for repair and re-registration. Usually these are small damage to vehicles and in practice the condition of cars with this title after repair is close to accident-free.
What is the cost of repairing a car from the USA?
Before buying, you need to provide the mechanic with photos and parameters of the car so that he can make a preliminary estimate of the repair. Our company also specializes in comprehensive repair of imported cars. We cooperate with professional car repair shops that deal with professional vehicle repair from A to Z. The final price of the car after repair is usually much lower than if the vehicle was purchased undamaged.
How to adapt a vehicle from the USA to the Polish regulations?
Importing a car from the USA will also involve adapting it to Polish conditions and regulations. American cars are different from European cars. Most often, these differences relate to the lights and the meter. This is because the meter will count miles, not kilometers. However, this is not a problem, since in the latest car models it is enough to reprogram it, and in the rest of the American vehicles the meter usually has two scales and there is no need to modernize it. A bigger problem may be older classics, in which there is unlikely to be such an opportunity and you have to get used to the new unit. In turn, the differences in the design of the lamps prevent the vehicle from being allowed to move, so first of all it is necessary to:
- modify the dipped beam — according to our regulations, they must illuminate the roadway, in American vehicles they are symmetrical and do not adequately illuminate the roadside
- modify the rear turn signals Most American cars are red and should be orange.
- equip the vehicle with a fog light at the rear Cars in the US don't have it.
What documents will I get after delivery of the car?
After delivery of the vehicle, we will provide you with:
- titolo - registration certificate from the USA
- bill of sale — invoice for the purchase of a car
- confirmation of customs clearance
How long does it take to import a vehicle to Poland?
The timing of the import depends on many factors, including the location of the vehicle in the USA or Canada. The average waiting time for a vehicle is about 6-8 weeks.
How much does it cost to participate in the auction?
Participation in the bidding is completely free. We do not charge any fees for participating in the bidding on behalf of the client. In order to approach the bidding, the client is required to sign the contract and make a deposit.
How much time do I have to pay for the auctioned vehicle?
The car must be paid within 2 working days from the date of winning the auction. In case of delay of payment, the auction portal may charge additional fees for storing the vehicle and for non-payment within the specified period.
Please note that a transfer from a Polish bank to the USA can be made up to several business days.
When are auctions held?
Auctions are held every day except Saturday and Sunday.
What do auction terms like: on approval, minimum bid, pure sale mean?
On approval — after winning the auction, the seller must agree to sell the car for the auctioned amount.
Minimum bid — the minimum amount that is set at the auction, if it is not exceeded the car will not be sold.
Puresalg — this is an auction with no minimum price, the vehicle is sold to the person who wins the auction.
